A: Turn on phone bluetooth, download app “zeroner” or “zeroner health” from apple store or google play, log in if you have an account or register a new account, select “Device Connection”, search and pair with your tracker id (the id can be found when you power on the band).

A: Usually when you pair the device with phone, the time on the watch auto syncs with phone.
