1. Seated Dumbbell Press:

This exercise is a great way to work your shoulders while also getting a little bit of core work in as well. Sit with your back straight and your feet flat on the ground. Hold a dumbbell in each hand at shoulder level, then press them up overhead. Be sure to keep your core engaged throughout the movement to avoid arching your back.

2. Standing Dumbbell Front Raise:

This move is great for targeting the front of the shoulders. Start by holding a dumbbell in each hand at your sides. Keeping your core engaged, raise one dumbbell out in front of you until it’s at shoulder level, then lower it back down. Repeat with the other arm.

3. Lateral Dumbbell Raise:

This exercise targets the side deltoids or the “wings” of the shoulders. Start by holding a dumbbell in each hand at your sides. Raise one dumbbell out to the side until it’s level with your shoulder, then lower it back down. Repeat with the other arm.

4. Bent-Over Dumbbell Row:

This move is a great way to work both the shoulders and the back at the same time. Start by standing with your feet hip-width apart, then bend forward at the waist until your torso is parallel to the ground. Holding a dumbbell in each hand, row them up towards your chest, then lower them back down.

5. Dumbbell Shrug:

This move targets the upper trapezius muscles, which are responsible for shrugging the shoulders. Start by holding a dumbbell in each hand at your sides. Without moving your arms, shrug your shoulders up as high as you can, then release them back down.
